MOVE, MINDFULNESS + MATCHA
We have created a 7-day mini-challenge to find movement, mindfulness and a reason to slow down and pause each day, to enjoy that "you time" with a cuppa. With fewer hours in the day at this time of the year and the days and nights getting cooler, we thought this slower-phased challenge was what we all needed. Hope you love it. Em xx
