My loves this is going to be a very different session from myself. As your feature teacher this week, I'm channelling all things about recovering hard. Think focusing on warming up, getting into a nice spicy sesh, then focusing on that cool down to lengthen back out the muscles. Work hard. Recover HARDER. Grab your Thera band (or towel) to help with the cool down. Caz X

What a flow - Challenging and rewarding all at the same time. We start with some abs to get a little warm and then we FEEL THE BURN in the lower body.
Think pulses and more pulses - I think everyone hated me after it...but still smiles so I'll take that! Enjoy xx
