Sometimes all we need is a big stretch after a long day and this is the case, this flow is for you.
We start with a twist to de-stiffen, find different stretches for our hamstrings and hip flexors and then move into sitting.
So many other goodies that will be just what the doctor ordered. To slow things down we give the hips some love and then we chill for savasana.
