Think shoulders and neck release to start with, variations of cobra to strengthen core, arms and shoulders.
We then workshop warrior 2 pose, getting our knee in the correct alignment and then we send the hips LOVE!

I'm sorry I missed the into into this flow (forgot to hit play).
This flow is perfect for all levels. We build up gradually and find so heat and then wind things down to enjoy some extra time in savasana.
