The Reformer bed is so versatile, and that’s why I am a
HUGE advocate of adding it into your weekly routine. It’s not just to target those
muscles for activation, but it can also be used to stretch it on out. So squad, lets get
stretchy mc stretchy and I hope you just love this flow. I think this one will end up
being on high rotation.
