    stability. Here I do give some options as to the spring you may like to use- don’t stress

    Time to incorporate some equipment, yay! Welcome to using
    the box, one of my fav pieces of equipment to add to the Reformer repertoire.
    However, don’t stress if you don’t have one at home, you can still do this session.
    Phew. Yep, I got you covered regardless.

    Who doesn’t love a sesh that gets a little bit more targeted? Yes,
    your legs will feel some lovin here, as we flow through a session that predominately
    pinpoints those pins.

    little bit of everything here, and luckily you can smash it out in 22 minutes. But you

    Oppphhh my core. 30 minutes of focusing on your core today babes.
    I won’t lie, this is going to leave you with that delicious core burn for daysssss. There
    are spring options of course, as everyone’s core strength is a little bit different, but enjoy!

  • Up Down And Around - with Caz

    Let’s make the most of your reformer bed babes, as we
    go up, down and around the bed. This will have more of a focus on your lower and
    upper body, adding in some more fun movements for you.
