I won’t lie, this is going to leave you with that delicious core burn for daysssss. There
are spring options of course, as everyone’s core strength is a little bit different, but enjoy! -

Time to ramp it up Squad, think Strength. We are hitting a
little bit of everything here, and luckily you can smash it out in 22 minutes. But you
will probably feel every bit of this session, as I did filming it. You’ve been warned,
