If you have your ankle weights handy and your booty band grab them! If you don't have an ankle/wrist weight grab a can from your kitchen. You can still 100% do this flow without equipment.
This is a dynamic and spicy flow to get those STRONG vibes happening to kick our challenge off with a bang!
