I am so excited to announce our second challenge of 2023, aiming to encourage movement to feel strong within your body, mind and soul 🫢🏻

With 21 new flows using our Pilates equipment packs (hello burn) πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

The challenge will include pilates flows, power flows, slow flows and meditations.

You don’t have to be strong or fit to join, just a can do attitude and a big old Saltbush smile 😁

  • DAY 1 - WELCOME to the SALTBUSH TO STRENGTH Challenge

    A HUGE welcome to our second challenge of 2023! I hope you are ready to get SALTBUSH STRONG with me in out SALTBUSH TO STRENGTH Challenge.

    Let's jump on for the wild ride, stick together and feel strong from the inside out! This challenge is for you! So I truely hope that you love it as much as...

  • DAY 1 - Satur-YAY Burn - (Pilates) - Saltbush to Strength

    If you have your ankle weights handy and your booty band grab them! If you don't have an ankle/wrist weight grab a can from your kitchen. You can still 100% do this flow without equipment.

    This is a dynamic and spicy flow to get those STRONG vibes happening to kick our challenge off with a bang...

  • DAY 2 - Physical Strength - (Meditation) - Saltbush to Strength

    On our Sunday's over the challange our meditations will be our rest day! Enjoy this 5 minute guided meditation 1:3 talking about physical, mental and emotional strength! Link below for some chilled music to go with your meditation. Big love. Em xx

  • DAY 3 - Ballin - (Pilates) - Saltbush to Strength

    Today we will be using your pilates ball (you can do the flow without it). Make sure you ball is nice and pumped up, because we will be using it under your coccyx. Today's flow will be targeting the core! YAY! See link below for a playlist for your flow. Enjoy. Caz x

  • DAY 4 - Love Your Shoulders - (Slow Yoga) - Saltbush to Strength

    In both yoga and pilates we spend a lot of time on our hands...putting weight into our shoulders. When we are finding the mat on a regular basis we need to ensure we are sending love, stretch and chill to out bodies too!

  • DAY 6 - Bootylicious - (Pilates) - Saltbush to Strength

    Woooo! I'm so excited! You will need your booty band so we can get your glutes on fire! Strap yourself in! I am using the medium booty band today as we will be using it for the whole flow...but the option is yours :)

    You can 100% still do this flow without the booty band!

  • DAY 7 - Release Your Hips (Slow Yoga) - Saltbush to Strength

    Regardless is you find the mat on a regular basis or haven't found the mat in AGES! Our hips all need some love and release on a regular basis!

    Enjoy this 20 min flow today that will hopefully leave you hips feeling a little nicer :)

  • Day 10 - Full Body Power - (Pilates) - Saltbush to Strength

    YAY! I am going to go medium or heavy booty bands today and my ankle weights (on my wrists). But don't stress, you can do the whole thing without any equipment! You could grab some cans or water bottle for your arms.

    But let's get stuck in!

  • DAY 11 - Healthy Hips - (Slow Yoga) - Saltbush to Strength

    Ahhh, who is excited for some slow vibes! Let's unlock some of that built up tension in our hips! Strap in for the ride...oh and talking of straps...if you have a yoga strap grab one...or your pilates thera-band. Or a belt or towel from home will be fine.

  • DAY 12 - Kick It Up - Power Yoga - Saltbush to Strength

    Sometimes we just need to throw ourselves in, have a laugh and have a play! Today's flow, I want you to laugh at yourself! Breath and notice the heat in your body!

    Only 20 mins! Let's find some fun in our movement! And let me know how you go with those kick ups!

  • DAY 13 - They See Me Slidin (Pilates) - Saltbush to Strength

    Hello Saltbush Squad! Grab your sliding discs, if you don't have them...you can use some socks at home. And you won't need your mat....No mat and no worries! We will be focusing on the upper body!

    So let's get it nice and warm to start with! I can't wait! Caz x

    Welcome to your FRIDAY! Inspired by a gin and tonic ;) Very fitting for a Friday! A dynamic slow flow, opening the hips and sending the body some extra love and high vibes today!

    Your last rest day of the challenge, so enjoy it! If you are keen to keep moving, maybe a nice outdoor walk or anything else you have been craving!

    I know crow pose can be a little daunting, but I like to teach it in a fun, embrace it, and fabulous kinda way! So let's bring the good vibes and have a play!

  • DAY 18 - Buns of Steel - (Pilates) - Saltbush to Strength

    Woooo! I'm excited for this flow! Challenging but rewarding all at the same time! Grab your pilates ball and ankle weights if you have them (but you can still do this flow without them).

    We will be targeting the buns (booty), but some other juicy areas targeting too! I hope you love it!

  • DAY 19 - Childs Pose Chill - (Slow Yoga) - Saltbush to Strength

    This little flow is perfect to rinse out the body, with a focus on the upper body. But I really want you to listen to your body...if you are feeling the movement vibes, add some extra flow...or maybe some extra chill and focus on your breathing! Let me know how you go.

  • DAY 20 - Thera Goodness - (Pilates) - Saltbush to Strength

    We will be using our theraband for today's flow - We will use the band to stretch to start with...use some heat in the middle and then also using it again for a beautiful warm down. You can always use a towel if you don't have the theraband...not the same...but you will be able to use it for some...

  • Day 21 - Pilates Ball Finale (Pilates) - Saltbush to Strength

    A quick little burn for your FRI-YAY and a big YAY for finishing the challange! So bloody proud of you all! And I hope you love this little ab and glute inspired flow today! Em xxx

    Ahhhhh! Here we are! WE MADE IT! I am so bloody proud of you all! For rolling out your mat and showing up! It's not always easy (especially with a long weekend thrown in there) but I hope you are feeling strong within your mind, body and soul!

    Don't stop now, keep showing up, moving and feeling...

    Grab your ankle/wrist weights - If you don't have any...grab some cans, or water bottles for the arm movement's - So, let's have some fun and let's jump straight into our warm up!
