In the spirit of staying sun safe, let's be sunny side up but sun aware, aka we're going to do a Pilates session inside on our backs, ha. All you'll need is your mat, some weights (to be used on ankles and/ or arms if you dare),a fabulous spot inside and some excitement to do a WHOLE Pilates session on your back. Yes, it's going to be core focused if you were wondering. 🙂See you on the Mat (I'll be wearing my tinted 50+ moisturiser as I always do, to stay protected daily).
