Pilates of a different kind. Think slow mindful Pilates meshed with stretching and meditation. Yes, I said it, we're going to end with a nice little "form" of meditation to help you achieve maxo relaxo. So roll out your mat, get some chilled vibed music playing and join me for something a little out of the norm to help induce peaceful sleepy vibes.
Tip: Maybe do at the end of the day π, or before a cheeky nap.
