We can find ourselves hunched over sitting at a desk or just in general life, so creating beautiful open heart movements through the chest is a really nice way to balance ourselves out. I know how much I love opening through the chest - I hope you do too, Han xx

Alrighty lets ramp this up and test out our balance. This spicy flow is equipment free and really targets our shoulders (helping out that rotator cuff) with a spicy plank moment in the middle- because we all love a bitta planking.
