We get straight into this flow, it was a little chilly outdoors on the Murrumbidgee River banks (but so worth it). We find strength and release through the upper back with a flow series of cobra poses.
Then we dive into our flow with a balancing series to get nice a warm. I also throw in a warrior two and hand stand kick up too! YAY!
We end with a G&T and of course savasana!

Covid Movement
A short flow perfect for some post covid movement if you are a little low on energy or have taken a break from the mat. Think longer holds, oblique stretches, shoulder opening, lower back stretch and twists.
Be gentle with yourself and slowly enjoy a little bit of movement.

Leg Bliss - Slow Yoga
We start by sitting on a block, elevating the hips and open the shoulders. We then ripple into some cat cows, spinal flows and wide legged forward fold. Think supine twists and happy baby to end.
