We warm up with movement in the spine and then find some planks to engage our core. We strategically heat to our plank series.
We then find our neutral spine and build up again in layers with our core.
Some beautiful twists to end and some extra chill time.

Abs Are Alive
Spinal rolls to start with to get the body moving, then we find our pike to plank sequence, adding on juicy elements bit by bit.
We then strategically add layers to our ab curls, including dead bugs, hundreds and more. We then rinse it out with some twists. Enjoy
