  • The Pulse - Pilates

    A beautiful active warm up to get the body moving and then we move into our oil riggers.

    Finally our “pulse” series”, we will do three rounds of our pulsing series and let me tell you it’s a real burner! Hope you love it.

  • Hi Abs - Pilates - Get Your Groove Back

    We warm up with movement in the spine and then find some planks to engage our core. We strategically heat to our plank series.

    We then find our neutral spine and build up again in layers with our core.

    Some beautiful twists to end and some extra chill time.

  • Thursday 24th Oct - Arm Burn (Pilates)

    Caz will take us through a juicy arm burn today. Grab yourself a chair if you have one and it will add some extra heat but also some great stretches too! Hope you love it xx

    A short but spicy flow! The perfect flow to get the groovy vibes happening. Think planks, pushups, booty and twists. It's a goodie! I hope you love my first flow - I'm so excited!

  • Abs Are Alive

    Spinal rolls to start with to get the body moving, then we find our pike to plank sequence, adding on juicy elements bit by bit.

    We then strategically add layers to our ab curls, including dead bugs, hundreds and more. We then rinse it out with some twists. Enjoy

  • Booty Burn - Pilates - Get Your Groove Back

    Starting with a dynamic stretch to start with, then building some heat and fire in the middle of the flow, then to warm down some nice static stretches. Hope you you enjoy this booty burn.

    Grab yourself a chair, good vibes and your breath! This booty chair flow is a real burner. This is a barre styled workout aiming to challenge you and the lower half of your body (hello Beyoncé) Enjoy!

  • Monday 21st Oct - Sweat Baby Sweat - Pilates - Get Your Groove Back

    Go hard and we can rest after in my moto for today's flow. We are starting with a nice dynamic movement today (if I can get my words out) haha.

    We find a bridge flow, side lying series finishing with a plank. Hope you enjoy.

  • DAY 23 - Express Abs & Booty (Pilates) - Cool, Calm & Connected

    Ummm, thank you to the few people who messaged me - Poor old day 23 was forgotten about! But never fear, we have a spicy flow for you today! Think shoulder taps, who would have known they would be so challenging? Then we find a series of ab curls that will be full of fire. Hope you love it. Em x

  • Get Your Groove Back - Plank & Abs (Pilates)

    We get straight into it in this flow with spinal rolls and then we find the fiery planks. Then we move into a toe tapping series bringing the fire to the core.

    We then stretch out with a twist and few breaths to end. Happy flowing.

  • Cans and Pulse - Pilates

    You will need 2 cans from your pantry if you'd like to add a little extra burn today. In today's flow we will be keeping it super simple (just lots of reps).

    Pulse and squat with your little cans and I'm telling you right now, I can't sit on the toilet (in a good way) haha.

  • Tummy Target

    In today's flow we will explore some side lying series. We will be targeting different areas of the tummy. Sometimes we think that doing sit ups are the only way to target the tummy (hell no)! Let's find some juicy tummy targets!

  • Core and Bum

    We find come gentle cat cows to warm up and then get straight into it. Finding stillness within our midline of the body whilst we work our core is super challenging.

    Same goes for balancing when working our core and bum!

    This flow will work both your core and bum - what a winning combo!

  • Pilates Plank

    A flow that will leave your arms firing! The shorts are out and we're feeling the vibes today! The perfect upper body strength builder! Enjoy

  • Abs and Obliques

    We get back to basics, finding the difference between neutral spine and imprinted spine. Then we get into it with toe taps, one leg circle and then into our side plank series targeting the obliques. It's a goodie! Enjoy xx

  • Side Lying Series - Pilates

    Saltbush Squad babes, all you will need is your mat for an equipment pilates flow. We will be targeting your shoulders, obliques and booty. I hope you enjoy. Caz xx
