Today we focus on the upper body. Neck, shoulders and chest! Ahhhh, so bloody good! You will need a strap of some description (roll up an old towel is you don’t have one) and a block or pillow at the end.
Seriously such a great flow with some slow yet challenging areas that I hope you and your upper body loves.
