One of my favourite movements are obliques. They are so strengthening for our core, posterior chain and arms to help us in our everyday life. This flow is setting the groundwork for our obliques, learning to add arms and SLOWING IT ALL DOWN.
There is still heaps of spice don’t you worry!!
