One of my favourite movements are obliques. They are so strengthening for our core, posterior chain and arms to help us in our everyday life. This flow is setting the groundwork for our obliques, learning to add arms and SLOWING IT ALL DOWN.

Using one of our squats practices- squat with punches. I’m using bala bangles but you can use dumbbells, cans of chickpeas (or any cans), drink bottles or
anything that is the same weight. Body weight still works as well.
