Wooooo! Our last flow for our challenge and what better way to do it on your Saturday morning? You'll need your Pilates ball (but you can still do the flow without it)! Let's lock and load for 18 minutes together and soak it up Squad babes, you should all be so bloody proud! Em xx

Day 1 - Let's Get Winter Warm - Pilat...
YAY! For our first flow of our challenge! Now, don't freak out if you haven't found the mat in a while - go at your own pase, breath and take rest when needed. BUT if you want to add more of a challenge, add in your ankle weights!
