To start, we slow down our body and breath with a breathing meditation. Send love to the shoulders and open the chest and then we move into the hip flexors.
Continuing with a little slow gentle flow and then finding half pigeon (so juicy on the hips)!

Fluid Motions
Slow ripples like a calm day at the beach. We rinse of the body with some gentle movement to start with, building up into fluid like motions to get your joints feeling the love.
Finally finding the mat, we find some gentle twists and finishing with happy baby! And we can’t forget savasana!

Dynamic Flow ft. Twists
I have called this flow a dynamic flow as we get a little warm, but still chilled enough to be slow! Really the perfect combo!
This flow is focusing on the lower half of the body, and I have also thrown in gomukhasana (so intense but so good)!

Stiff Neck and Shoulders
We can all hold tension in the neck and shoulders, so we are going to focus on releasing that today.
With a beautiful slow neck warm up, moving into the shoulders and then a little flow to twist it out and get those shoulders and neck feeling the love.
