A big welcome to our GET IT GIRL CHALLENGE - Our first challenge of 2024!
We have created this challenge to "challenge, inspire, motivate you and feel like you can “GET IT GIRL” heading in Feb (now holidays are well and truly over) 🤪 AND OF COURSE, HAVE FUN with movement!!
With a balanced mix of Pilates and yoga, to burn and stretch - we think it's a perfect mix.
This challenge we also have three studio classes, which is a little different from our normal challenges. But we can't wait for you to also enjoy some longer flows (and connect with some Studio babes too).
In each comment section of each video there is a link to a Spotify playlist that we have created and that we think will best suit the flow. But feel free to use your own music if you like. The studio filmed flows won't have a link - as you will be able to hear the music in the background from the class.
