It's not often we focus on our wrists, yet they take on so much of the load when we do yoga.
So it's important that we send them some love and warm them up correctly!
This is a great flow if you need to spend a little extra time focusing on your wrists before you power or slow flows.

A Beautiful Twist
All in the name! A truely beautiful twisting flow. We start with some crocodile twists to start with, some shoulder opening twists and then a wide leg puppy dog pose flow.
And one of your faves our belly rinse out (sooo intense but so good) and a happy baby to finish up! I hope you love this ...

Rinse it Out
To start, we slow down our body and breath with a breathing meditation. Send love to the shoulders and open the chest and then we move into the hip flexors.
Continuing with a little slow gentle flow and then finding half pigeon (so juicy on the hips)!
Enjoy this rinse out yogis!

Fluid Motions
Slow ripples like a calm day at the beach. We rinse of the body with some gentle movement to start with, building up into fluid like motions to get your joints feeling the love.
Finally finding the mat, we find some gentle twists and finishing with happy baby! And we can’t forget savasana!
