This flow we'll be working on on back and tummy. But to start with you'll find some opening of the chest to prepare for some deeper twists. This also preparing us for rolling like a ball, focusing on stability and core strength.
We then roll over onto our tummy for swimming and breaststroke, remember to focus on your breath. And then we stretch open the front body to wind down. Enjoy xx
