This flow we work on shoulder mobility, which is so important when we are exploring some tricky arm balances (where we bear a lot of weight on our shoulders).
Our warm up is a little different this week, but then we get straight into shoulder love, balances, kick ups and more. Topping the icing off on the cake with our crow!

A beautiful slow warm up today, and then we find the heat! And let's just say planks are hard work!
We also explore some balances and then send some love to our hamstrings! Finishing off with some shoulder opening and savasana love.

This flow is a slower warm up. We warm up the upper body nicely and then get those arms firing and explore wild thing and continue to practice our kick ups.
We also explore reverse table top and reverse plank...super juicy yogis! I can't wait for you to find the mat!
