  • DAY 5 - Down Dog Dolphin (Power Yoga) - Saltbush to Spring

    A dynamic flow focused around our dolphin pose. We will focus on opening up through the shoulders, calves, hamstrings and hips to get nice and open and warm to be ready for the pose. Plus, I'll add in a few side planks for an extra challenge! Hope you love it! Em xx

  • Let's Flow - Power Flow Yoga

    This flow is breaking down the traditional sun salutation A flow (that we do in most of our Saltbush flows) in some capacity. I also sneak in a variation of our sun salutation B.

    Who would have thought a few "flows" could bring up the heart rate so much! So good!

  • DAY 11 - Get Your Groove Back - Warrior Two Love (Power Flow Yoga)

    Warrior two can be a tricky one to master. We need to ensure our front knee doesn't dump in (we don't want to put pressure on the knee). Let's work on our alignment in this flow (and get a little warm too). Let's flow.

  • DAY 16 - Get Your Groove Back - Let's Balance (Power Flow Yoga)

    Balance is a hard one for a lot of us, but it's so good to get our groove on and work on it regularly. From standing balances to our crow pose, let's see how wobbly we can get!

  • Low and High Crescent Lunge Flow

    A short flow working on our lower body with our low and high crescent lunge, whilst sneaking in a new flows and some opening up/heat through the upper body. Hope you love it. Em xx

  • Upper Body Baby

    You will need a strap or belt from home to help us warm up today. Those shoulders will be thanking you for it later!



    We get the upper body warm and then we dive into a flow with a little warrior 2, triangle and of course of dolphin. RIP to those arms, but it will be fun! 



  • Sweaty Warrior Moves - Power Flow

    Time pressed and want some hawt sweaty vibes, then this power flow is for you. We explore some runners lunge twists, goddess pose, high crescent lunge, warrior 1, plank holds and repeat!

  • Twist n Flow

    This 45 min flow is themed around twisting. We kick things off with some breathing, followed by a gentle warm up and then we really start to feel the heat being created in the body!

    This flow is dynamic and fluid, testing your balance, focus and range of motion!
