Today you will need two blocks to help you "lift ya booty", If you don't have blocks you can use two big cook books will do the job.
This flow is super dynamic that will challenge you physically and mentally. Using blocks in your practice can assist with helping you in poses to create more space but can also be used to challenge your practice too.
