We find connection to our breath before we start to move our bodies today. The breath is what guides us into each movement, and what a perfect way to do it today with some gentle and slow backbends.

This flow is a little different to normal. It's themed around the style of Yin yoga, which is a restorative yoga, where the poses are held for longer.
This will be a beautiful flow if you really need a good chill and stretch.
