Let’s make the most of your reformer bed babes, as we
go up, down and around the bed. This will have more of a focus on your lower and
upper body, adding in some more fun movements for you. -
Think Core - with Caz
Oppphhh my core. 30 minutes of focusing on your core today babes.
I won’t lie, this is going to leave you with that delicious core burn for daysssss. There
are spring options of course, as everyone’s core strength is a little bit different, but enjoy!
