Day 6 - Squat Hell (Saturday 6th Dec)
The old humble squat, nothing fancy, just good old classic squats (wide legged) with some juicy Saltbush layers - I love this flow so much and hope you do too. Em xx

Day 8 - Curtsey Lunge (Monday 8th Dec)
Ouch is all I have to say about this flow. Nearly half way through this challenge, and the heat is well and truly here, both outside and in our muscles. Happy curtseying queens!
