Day 1 - Cute Core (Monday 1st Dec)
Let's start off this challenge with switching on our deep core and warming up our lower back. This flow is pregnancy-friendly if you are still lying down on your back; otherwise, a health professional should be ticking off your supine (lying down) core movements. Let's start sleighing! Lauz x

Day 2 - Balance Booty (Tuesday 2nd Dec)
My favourite word, balance. Something we all shift in is our balance so take a deep breath and let's find the balance and burn our booty! Lauz x

Day 3 - Slow Stretch Lunge (Wednesday 3rd Dec)
A beautiful slow yoga flow inspired by lunges, twists and half pigeon poses - Use your breath - slow it down and enjoy babes. Em xx

Day 4 - Booty Ouch (Thursday 4th Dec)
Okay, so it's a longer one queens, but ITS SO GOOD! Super simple moves, but we just keep adding on our layers - Let me know how much you love it. Em xx

Day 5 - Spinal Waves (Friday 5th Dec)
Slowing it down a touch here today, queens! Opening up through our spine and upper back with this slow pilates flow. Don't worry, still a ouchie burn present. Lauz x

Day 6 - Squat Hell (Saturday 6th Dec)
The old humble squat, nothing fancy, just good old classic squats (wide legged) with some juicy Saltbush layers - I love this flow so much and hope you do too. Em xx

Day 8 - Curtsey Lunge (Monday 8th Dec)
Ouch is all I have to say about this flow. Nearly half way through this challenge, and the heat is well and truly here, both outside and in our muscles. Happy curtseying queens!

Day 9 - Plank it, Push it (Tuesday 9th Dec)
Strap yourself in Squad Babes, because this is a goodie! One sequence and push up's that's it - we just repeat three times...GOOD LUCK! Let me know how you go. Em xx

Day 10 - Fruity Sleigh (Wednesday 10th Dec)
A sticky, spicy, rich glow just like the rich fruit cake grandma makes with a little bit too much plonk. Stick with in this flow queens!! Lauz x

Day 12 - Lower Love (Friday 12th Dec)
Just a little lower body spice with out 90/90 lunges, horse kicks and fire hydrants - All super simple, but hits all the juicy spots. Enjoy - Em xx
