I am so excited to announce our winter challenge of 2023! A wellness and movement challenge aiming to keep your body and mind cool, calm and connected as we sometimes tend to lack motivation more so in winter!
With 30 days of movement and wellness which includes, yoga, pilates, meditations, walking, cooking, reading and more.
You don’t have to be strong or fit to join, just a can do attitude and a big old Saltbush smile 😁
So, let's get cool, calm and connected!

Sometimes it's nice to literally just lie on our backs for the whole flow (which is back by popular demand). Perfect for any time of the day to chill and stretch, or a great one to add to the end of another flow. Hope you love it. Em xx

Sat 24th June - DAY 24 - Walk or Run (Movement) - Cool, Calm & Connected
HELLO! Today is a perfect day to get outdoors (I hope it's a beautiful day at your place today). I am going to do a big 10km walk as I've been sitting on my bum a bit...so wish me luck. But if you only have 15 mins, still get tour there and get walking or running! Caz xx
