FESTIVE FIFTEEN
We know how wild Silly Season can get, but we are here for another 15 day challenge to keep you motivated and remind you about the importance of keeping healthy and keeping your body moving during this busy time, even if it is only for 15 minutes!
Each day of this challenge has a fun theme relating to an Aussie Bush Christmas! So we hope you have fun with this one chicks.

Day 1 - Welcome to the Festive Fifteen Challenge
I can't believe we are here, and actually made it! WOW, what an amazing year! Let's finish the year with a bang and keep our bodies and minds moving as we come close to finishing the year.
This challenge will be myself teaching yoga and pilates, Caz back teaching mat pilates and Han teaching us...
