A HUGE WELCOME to our 4th challenge of 2023! I hope you are ready to dust off the cobwebs, get moving, feel fabulous and get a spring back in your step!
The challenge will go for 21 days, with 18 new flows (6 flows per week) with your rest day on Sunday.
The challenge will include pilates flows, power flows, slow flows and a challenge or weekly personal gaol!
You don’t have to be strong or fit to join, just a can-do attitude and a big old Saltbush smile 😁

Day 3 - Lunging Into It (Pilates) - Saltbush to Spring

we are taking the best steps of all… LUNGES! Think all variations of
lunges. How good. Plus, if you would like to turn it up a notch, your ankle
weights are needed here (can totally also do the same flow without it).

DAY 4 - Open and Twist (Slow Yoga) - Saltbush to Spring
Squad babes! Welcome to our first slow yoga flow for our challenge! Feel free to burn something to make your space feeling more FAB! Let's open up up and twist out the body - I think we'll all need it after the last three days! Big love. Em xx

DAY 5 - Down Dog Dolphin (Power Yoga) - Saltbush to Spring
A dynamic flow focused around our dolphin pose. We will focus on opening up through the shoulders, calves, hamstrings and hips to get nice and open and warm to be ready for the pose. Plus, I'll add in a few side planks for an extra challenge! Hope you love it! Em xx

There is something about sending the upper body some love, to iron out all of the creeks and cracks at this time of the year. I though this would be well received after our dolphin-inspired flow yesterday! So enjoy and lets get into it. Em xx
