I am so excited to announce our winter challenge of 2023! A wellness and movement challenge aiming to keep your body and mind cool, calm and connected as we sometimes tend to lack motivation more so in winter!
With 30 days of movement and wellness which includes, yoga, pilates, meditations, walking, cooking, reading and more.
You don’t have to be strong or fit to join, just a can do attitude and a big old Saltbush smile 😁
So, let's get cool, calm and connected!

Thur 1st June - DAY 1 - Let's Get Winter Warm (Pilates) - Cool, Calm & Connected
YAY! For our first flow of our challenge! Now, don't freak out if you haven't found the mat in a while - go at your own pase, breath and take rest when needed. BUT if you want to add more of a challenge, add in your ankle weights!

Fri 2nd June - DAY 2 - Getting Spicy - (Pilates) Cool, Calm & Connected
Today you will need your booty band and we are going to get SPICY! But let's start with a nice warm up, build some spice and then some stretches to warm down. Head to link below for some tunes if needed.
