  • Day 19 - Move it Monday - Power Yoga - Cool, Calm & Connected

  • Day 11 - Healthy Hips - Slow Yoga - Saltbush to Strength

    Ahhh, who is excited for some slow vibes! Let's unlock some of that built up tension in our hips! Strap in for the ride...oh and talking of straps...if you have a yoga strap grab one...or your pilates thera-band. Or a belt or towel from home will be fine.

  • Day 19 - Childs Pose Chill - Slow Yoga - Saltbush to Strength

    This little flow is perfect to rinse out the body, with a focus on the upper body. But I really want you to listen to your body...if you are feeling the movement vibes, add some extra flow...or maybe some extra chill and focus on your breathing! Let me know how you go.

  • Day 5 - Let's Flow - Power Flow Yoga - Get Your Groove Back

    This flow is breaking down the traditional sun salutation A flow (that we do in most of our Saltbush flows) in some capacity. I also sneak in a variation of our sun salutation B.

    Who would have thought a few "flows" could bring up the heart rate so much! So good!

  • Thursday 3rd April - Morning Mobility - Slow Yoga - Get Your Groove Back

    A perfect little flow to get you moving this morning. We are most still in the morning, so let's have a wiggle and get the body moving together. It hopefully will start your day in the best possible way!

  • Day 17 - Chill Time - Slow Yoga - Get Your Groove Back

    After a big few weeks on the mat, we find some chill time with this slow flow. This flow is mainly on our back, so lots of extra time to really slow the body and breath. So roll out your mat and enjoy your chill time today. Em xx

  • Covid Movement - Slow Yoga

    A short flow perfect for some post covid movement if you are a little low on energy or have taken a break from the mat. Think longer holds, oblique stretches, shoulder opening, lower back stretch and twists.

    Be gentle with yourself and slowly enjoy a little bit of movement.

  • Leg Bliss - Slow Yoga

    We start by sitting on a block, elevating the hips and open the shoulders. We then ripple into some cat cows, spinal flows and wide legged forward fold. Think supine twists and happy baby to end.

    This beauty, perfect for any mood!

  • Lower Body Love - Slow Yoga

    Think slow, longer holds today. Sending love to the lower body, releasing tension in the hamstrings, hips, and glutes.

    Perfect after a big day, power flow or just before bed.

  • Breath and Backbends - Slow Yoga

    We find connection to our breath before we start to move our bodies today. The breath is what guides us into each movement, and what a perfect way to do it today with some gentle and slow backbends.

  • Ahhhhh Some Stretch - Slow Yoga

    Let's slow it down with some gentle hips and leg stretching to start with, followed by some chest opening and hamstring love, ending with a beautiful twist.

  • Don't Worry Be Happy - Slow Yoga

    We get straight into this slow flow, rippling through some flows, and really enjoying that cobra! You will also love the half hanamas, sending love to those hamstrings.

    And enjoying some half pidgin, so roll out your mat and let's flow.

  • Low and High Crescent Lunge - Power Yoga

    A short flow working on our lower body with our low and high crescent lunge, whilst sneaking in a new flows and some opening up/heat through the upper body. Hope you love it. Em xx

  • Sun B - Power Yoga

    Today’s flow we explore our sun b variation. Maybe a little slower than normal, but still really nice to get the body moving.

  • Murrumbidgee Magic - Power Yoga

    We get straight into this flow, it was a little chilly outdoors on the Murrumbidgee River banks (but so worth it). We find strength and release through the upper back with a flow series of cobra poses.

    Then we dive into our flow with a balancing series to get nice a warm. I also throw in a warr...

  • Hip Release - Slow Yoga

    This short flow will leave you and your hips feeling amazing! We hold so much tension in our hips so giving them a release is so important.

  • Arms and Balance - Power Yoga

    I manage to add lots of juiciness into this short flow and I hope you LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! We explore some down dogs and planks to get warm and then ripple through a balancing flow.

    We then create more heat with our layers of crow pose, perfect for newbies to the pose or advanced yogis!
