  • Sweaty Warrior Moves - Power Flow

    Time pressed and want some hawt sweaty vibes, then this power flow is for you. We explore some runners lunge twists, goddess pose, high crescent lunge, warrior 1, plank holds and repeat!

    Ahhhh, you know I love a good "flow". We get warm with a Sun Salutation A, then we get JUICY (my new favourite word). We explore a fab flow of balances (whilst getting hawt), and then we send the love to the hamstrings for our triangle pose.

  • Feeling Stiff This Christmas (Slow Yoga)

    It's been a big few weeks between Christmas and New Year and we might all be filling a bit stiff if we haven't been finding that mat as normal.

    This slow flow will be just what you need to start you day or wind it up to finish a busy day!

  • Warrior 1 Buzz ft. Kick Up

    Ripples to get the body warm, plank holds to build some fire, Warrior 1's to get you sweaty and make sure you know your hip flexors are alive AND kick ups just to put the icing on the cake!

  • Hi Hips

    Want to say hi to your hips? Then this one is for you. We gently warm up the upper body in a juicy fashion, then we vamp it up in the hip department. Finding our lizard, pyramid and frog pose.

  • Heart Open

    A slow heart opening flow, but on the dynamic "flow" side of life.

    We explore a triangle pose, different heart opening variations of our low crescent lunge, cobra, interlacing and finishing with our fish pose.

  • Warrior 1 Vibes

    This theme will be focusing on our Warrior 1 pose and other transitioning poses.

    Our Warrior 1 pose helps build power and strength in the lower body, stretches the hip flexors and opens the chest and shoulders! It's a goodie!

  • Flowing Layers

    This flow is all about adding layers. But I want you to rock wherever you are, so if you need to stick with the first layer, stay there. If you want to add more, add more.

    This flow is in conjunction with our arm balancing theme for September. So I hope you love it and RIP those arms!

  • Forearm and Tricep Love

    In this flow we send love to our wrists, shoulders, forearms and triceps. The perfect flow to warm up your upper body or perfect to send your body some extra love.

  • Shoulder Mobility

    Oh, your shoulders will LOVE you for this. Perfect for a big day sitting on at a desk or perfect before your handstand practice!

    And we finish up with some "clocks" on the wall, sooooo good and juicy!

  • Wobble Wobble

    An outdoors flow! YAY! And this flow is all in the name, you might be doing a little bit of wobbling (but embrace it)! Your calves will be on FIRE with the fun variation of chair pose.

    Mixing it up with a fun eagle transition, which also will find your hips :) Some core and CHILL!

  • Creating Balance

    A dynamic flow, focusing on balance in different ways to challenge you physically and mentally.

  • Seriously Slow - Slow Flow Yoga

    SLOW IT DOWN! In this flow there are no down dogs, just really scaling it back with some flow vibes! Perfect if you've had a BIG day or if you are wanting some extra stretch after a power flow or other form of exercise.

  • Yin Magic (Slow Yoga)

    This flow is a little different to normal. It's themed around the style of Yin yoga, which is a restorative yoga, where the poses are held for longer.

    This will be a beautiful flow if you really need a good chill and stretch.

  • Hips and Hamstrings - Slow Yoga

    A dynamic slow flow, unlocking all of that built up tension that we hold within our hips! You can thank me later ;)

  • Little Lizard

    Who doesn't love lizard! Good on the hips, shoulders, and front body! We also explore a beautiful version of a modified plank, aiming to open up the body. Some gentle twists and hamstring love!

  • Find Your Balance

    Balances in this flow is the theme and WOW is it a goodie. Who said you couldn't sweat in 20 mins! From variations of plank, wild thing and half moon pose!

  • Arm Balances 3 - Dolphin

    We get straight into this flow. You will need a block and some determination for this flow. ARMS WILL BE ALIVE!

    We explore a triangle and side plank flow to get things warm and then power into our dolphin pose with a few tick ups for those who are keen!

  • Arm Balances 2 - Jump Through

    I'm not sure if you'll love or hate me for this one. Your arms are ALIVE!

    We explore different variations of our plank, continue to work on our crow and we also work on our jump throughs.

    All super fun and sweaty!
