  • Feel Bloody Good

    A beautiful slow warm up today, and then we find the heat! And let's just say planks are hard work!

    We also explore some balances and then send some love to our hamstrings! Finishing off with some shoulder opening and savasana love.

  • Slow it Down

    Ahhhh, this is a goodie! Slow, chilled and juicy! Perfect to wake up in the morning or just before bed. Getting into all of those sweet spots!

  • Legs Up The Wall

    This flow we send the upper body some love. A few gentle heart openers and gentle twists. Opening up the hips followed by a beautiful variation of our Childs pose. And to end the flow with legs up the wall for savasana!

    It's a goodie!

  • Simple Things ft. Arms

    This flow is a slower warm up. We warm up the upper body nicely and then get those arms firing and explore wild thing and continue to practice our kick ups.

    We also explore reverse table top and reverse plank...super juicy yogis! I can't wait for you to find the mat!

  • Upper Body Love

    A dynamic slow flow, getting into all the good spots and of course sending the love to the upper body!

  • Plank V's Crow

    We explore plank and crow pose in this flow, aiming to challenge you both physically and mentally.

    Give this a go for a nice arm burner.

  • Backbends 4 - Camel

    The last flow of our four part series of backbends themed flows. This is what you have been building up too.

    But go at your own pace and enjoy this backbend flow.

    This flow we warm up with our Sun B, getting the legs nice and warm with our chair pose, then we get into our balancing sequence.

    To get to the ground, we find some core and then balancing variations of our bridge pose. Hope you love it!

    The perfect flow for any mood. We find movement and chill, hip and shoulder releasing. So it's ticking all of the boxes.

  • Feel Your Shoulders

    A slow, yet powerful flow. Not your standard slow flow, this flow will get your heart rate up a little, stretch and feel blood good!

    Great for starting off your morning if you wake up stiff or rinsing out after a big day! Enjoy xx

  • Sweaty Betty

    A little flow that will leave you feeling good! Challenging in some areas yes, but give it a crack and see how you go.

    We also will play with crow pose towards the end of the flow. You can use a block, thick cooking book or pillow if you need some extra help.

    A fab little flow to get into all of those icky spots! We explore lots of different poses aiming to open the heart, shoulders and hips!

    We can find ourselves hunched over sitting at a desk or just in general life, so creating beautiful open heart movements through the chest is a really nice way to balance ourselves out. I know how much I love opening through the chest - I hope you do too, Han xx
