  • Find Your Balance

    Balances in this flow is the theme and WOW is it a goodie. Who said you couldn't sweat in 20 mins! From variations of plank, wild thing and half moon pose!

  • Tricep Transitions

    This is a tough one...but I know how much you are all loving being challenged! Drop to your knees if you need to keep your technique.

    Enjoy your side crow again, keep trying and let me know how you are processing (RIP triceps)

  • Arm Balances 4 - Side Crow

    What you've been building up to over the last 4 flows! Wooooo! And don't stress is you are still working on that crow, KEEP WORKING and your side crow will come in time!

    Enjoy this powerful flow, lots of chairs, kick ups and of course the side crow!

  • Arm Balances 3 - Dolphin

    We get straight into this flow. You will need a block and some determination for this flow. ARMS WILL BE ALIVE!

    We explore a triangle and side plank flow to get things warm and then power into our dolphin pose with a few tick ups for those who are keen!

  • Arm Balances 2 - Jump Through

    I'm not sure if you'll love or hate me for this one. Your arms are ALIVE!

    We explore different variations of our plank, continue to work on our crow and we also work on our jump throughs.

    All super fun and sweaty!

  • Arm Balances 1 - Arms & Abs

    This is the first of four flows with the theme around arm balances.

    Each flow will build up, so buckle up for some arm balances ahead!

  • Happy Strong Shoulders

    This flow we work on shoulder mobility, which is so important when we are exploring some tricky arm balances (where we bear a lot of weight on our shoulders).

    Our warm up is a little different this week, but then we get straight into shoulder love, balances, kick ups and more. Topping the icing ...

  • Feel Bloody Good

    A beautiful slow warm up today, and then we find the heat! And let's just say planks are hard work!

    We also explore some balances and then send some love to our hamstrings! Finishing off with some shoulder opening and savasana love.

  • Simple Things ft. Arms

    This flow is a slower warm up. We warm up the upper body nicely and then get those arms firing and explore wild thing and continue to practice our kick ups.

    We also explore reverse table top and reverse plank...super juicy yogis! I can't wait for you to find the mat!

  • Plank V's Crow

    We explore plank and crow pose in this flow, aiming to challenge you both physically and mentally.

    Give this a go for a nice arm burner.

  • Dancing Balance

    This flow we warm up with our Sun B, getting the legs nice and warm with our chair pose, then we get into our balancing sequence.

    To get to the ground, we find some core and then balancing variations of our bridge pose. Hope you love it!

  • Backbends 4 - Bridge

    The last of our 4 part series of backbends. A layering addition to our bridge pose. Hope you love it! See you on the mat.

  • Backbends 3 - Wheel Love

    In this flow we get nice and warm and get the body prepared to find bridge and wheel. If you want to add a little extra to your flow, grab a block and we'll use it within our bridge pose. And remember to breath when in your wheel pose!

  • Backbends 2 - Bow Pose

    We open the heart and get the upper body warm with our bow pose (such a goodie)! We then find variations of our camel then challenge your balance with dancer pose! This is a goodie!

  • Backbends 1 - Locust

    The first flow of our 4 part series. This is a great challenging flow to start to challenge you physically, mentally and maybe try a few new things. Locus pose will get us warm for our reverse table top. Hope you love it.

  • Need To Warm Up?

    We start with opening the front body and chest and then straight into our core and flow!

    A super dynamic flow, challenging your breath, balance and strength.

    Some beautiful twists to end. Give this flow a go!

  • Sweaty Betty

    A little flow that will leave you feeling good! Challenging in some areas yes, but give it a crack and see how you go.

    We also will play with crow pose towards the end of the flow. You can use a block, thick cooking book or pillow if you need some extra help.

  • Creating Shapes

    A beautiful flow to make you feel from the inside out...some opening in the chest, and shoulders to prepare for some juicy backbends towards the end.

  • Slow and Gentle Power

    A power flow with a slower twist. Sometimes we are in the mood for something something strong (but not too hectic) so this is the perfect flow for you.

    We start by finding ripples within the spine and warm up the shoulders, to then get straight into our juicy flow. The warm down is a little longer with some juicer holds! Total bliss! Enjoy xx

  • Winter Warm ft. Side Plank

    Who said you didn’t sweat in Winter! I had to strip off this week down to my sports bra. Let’s just say Vinyasa Flows and planks will get you good!

    This flow will get you nice and warm, almost like a hot yoga studio from home.

    A longer flow that focuses on a little bit of everything including some challenges within the arms, legs and core. But a little chill in there too for a beautifully balanced flow.
